This Trust Fund is created and shall be
operated exclusively for the regular maintenance of two Temples at
Mayapur and Vrindaban (India) of the INTERNATIONAL SOCIETY FOR KRISHNA
CONSCIOUSNESS, incorporated by me, and qualified as a tax-exempt
religious organization both in the U.S.A. and India under the provisions
of the Internal Revenue Code. The income from this Trust Fund will be
specifically spent for regular seva puja (temple worship) of the two
Temples at Mayapur and Vrindaban set forth in particular. This trust
shall exist independently of the International Society for Krishna
Consciousness (Mayapur trust fund agreement July 1971).
Srila Prabhupada setup this Trust (MVT) for the
specific purpose of maintaining the deity worship of ISKCON temples in
Mayapur and Vrindavan, but unfortunately if one goes by the email
exchange between Doyaram, Gopal Krishna Maharaj and Bhima Dasa it looks
like all is not going on well with the MVT. |

In the text of email of Doyaram, one of the
members of ISKCON Mumbai and a very ardent supporter of Guru Fraudsters
of ISKCON alleges the following:
- Whether 1 million dollars that Srila Prabhupada left behind in the trust has been misused?
-
He alleges that Abhirama dasa
- was involved in misappropriation of 1.3million dollars
- was caught with a woman and glass of wine in a hotel in Los Angeles
- had face embarrassing questions from a lady Melissa
- was appointed as a trustee by Gopal Krishna Maharaj inspite of being aware of all these facts
- is yet to resign inspite of all kinds of malpractices
It is not at all surprising that these kind
serious questions about malpractices are bothering ISKCON Mumbai. ISKCON
Mumbai is in the grip of guru fraudsters like Jayapataka Swami, Bhakti
Caru Swami, Gopal Krishna Maharaja and others. Over ambitious guru
fraudsters want to sit on the seat of the guru and be honored like Srila
Prabhupada, without authorization and are busy disregarding various
instructions of Srila Prabhupada. When the gurus themselves are
unauthorized and continue to sit in those positions without
authorization, it is not surprising that there are allegations of
malpractices about their sub-ordinates. When the leaders themselves are
deviants what can you expect from middle level management in the second
rung of ISKCON to do?
The bigger question is does Doyaram himself have
moral right to raise all these allegations when he himself has failed to
answer the questions raised against him as to how he got funds for the

It is highly unfortunate that a great institution
set up by Srila Prabhupad is ridden with controversies one after the
other largely due to mismanagement by unauthorized leaders. The God only
knows how many more skeletons are going tumble out of ISKCON Mumbai’s
cupboard.
Also if the GBC continues to keep Abhirama Dasa as
a trustee will Doyarama Dasa file litigations and fight for justice?
Only time will tell.
